Sparking a global media frenzy
ITB proposed a dressing/gifting suite program to brands for the 75th Annual Cannes Film Festival to procure placements on celebrities, influencers, models for global fashion brand awareness. In the world of luxury marketing, the red carpet at the Palais de Festivals on the French Riviera is the pinnacle. Images from the nightly premieres on the iconic red steps and the A-list amfAR Gala spark a global media frenzy throughout the duration of the twelve-day festival resulting in countless media impressions, social content, making Cannes a key opportunity to build awareness amongst a key clientele.
Bringing ITB's full service to Cannes
ITB brought an edited selection of product from clients for appointments and fittings at our seafront suite located in the heart of Cannes, next to the Hotel Martinez. We proactively outreached to key talent and influencers attending festival events from red carpet premieres on the Palais steps, to the annual amfAR gala, street style, photocalls, social content shoots and more.
With a 1300 sq2 ft penthouse apartment, against the backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea being our showroom, we became the go-to spot for BTS content, fittings, appointments with VIP talent and stylists. This location at times became the central area where glam took place for talent to prepare for their red carpet appearance, making ITB at Cannes even more of full service program for everyone.
New opportunities, new audiences, new regions
For many of our clients we gathered great international brand awareness amongst media, talent, and stylist that is not necessarily always accessed or attained. We were creative in finding new opportunities and providing solutions to any obstacle that came our way. We achieved great visibility for not only our clients but for ITB as well, quickly becoming a staple location for dressing opportunities and requests throughout our time in Cannes. The results impacted our client’s social audience and reach increasing their social media engagement and following with new audiences in regions never achieved before.
