Inherently British and effortlessly cool, with a charming idiosyncratic attitude to life, Bella studied tailoring in Rome, before quickly paving her way as one of Britain’s leading designers. Whilst retaining her own award winning knitwear label, Bella has enjoyed various collaborations and consultancies for brands such as Jaeger and Miss Selfridge along the way. Most notably Bella was appointed Head Designer for the re-launch of Biba in 2006. A pioneer of fashion film, Bella has written, produced and directed various short fashion films enlisting the likes of John Malcovich and Susie Bick. Bella is a regular guest editor and contributing journalist for the likes of Another Magazine, Harpers Bazaar and Vogue and recently introduced her first ever boutique at Bicester Village, showcasing her signature knitwear and her new line of scented candles and jewellery.
