ITB Celebrates Black History Month in the UK
Over the month of October, ITB team members attended a number of online panel talks, open forums and workshops to further their knowledge and learning of Black History in the UKView
ITB’s Managing Director, Emma Shuldham and Head of Influencer Marketing at MediaCom, Emily Trenouth, hosted a live virtual Q&A during PR Week’s Influencer360 conference. For the panel titled ‘Creativity and Cooperation: Finding balance when working with influencers’, Emma and Emily discussed the importance of leaning on influencers’ creativity to adapt the brief, as a means of ensuring the content appeals to their audience’s appetite and in turn achieves good engagement. Topics during the session included: how to find comfort in the struggle for creative control over campaigns, giving the space to influencers to create content that fits their brand and yours, and examples of how to brief more flexibly in order to get the best out of influencers.
