'ITB in Conversation (On The Couch!)' x Creative Content Strategy + The Rise of Culinary Content

Over the last month, we launched and activated two online conversations under our new digital series entitled ‘ITB in Conversation (On The Couch!)’ – an online panel talk series to discuss talent, influence, pop culture and some of the issues our industry is facing in real-time.

Our first conversation focused on curating creative content and how brands can ensure their output during this time hits the mark creatively, as well as in messaging and tone. We brought together a panel of experts to speak from an agency, brand and talent perspective including Jose Miguel Sokoloff (CCO at MullenLowe), Brittany Lewis (PR & Communications Manager at UGG) and Louise Roe (Content Creator and TV Presenter).

For our second conversation ‘Food For Thought’, we brought together three culinary experts to share their thoughts on the phenomenal rise in interest in food during this time and how brands not typically operating in this space can create engaging and authentic content. Our panel included Simon Rimmer – chef and co-host of Channel 4’s ‘Sunday Brunch’, Jeff Mauro – co-host of Food Network’s ‘The Kitchen’ and Anna Jones – cook, author and Guardian food columnist.
