The Brief

ITB helped NET-A-PORTER devise a framework and mechanic to integrate influencers into their new social commerce platform, THE NETSET.

 
 
 
 

The Style Council

ITB concepted and implemented “The Style Council” - a carefully curated panel of twenty talent including Erin Wasson, Poppy Delevingne, Liberty Ross and Giovanna Battaglia.

The Style Council gave THE NETSET users the ability to shop with their style icons, and also provided a catalyst to attract customers to the platform.

When THE NETSET launched to the public, users were immediately given the opportunity to follow the influencers whose profiles were populated in advance of launch.

The Launch

ITB devised an alternative financial model based on sales directly linked to talent posts, and secured additional services such as PR and event appearances.

When Natalie Massenet (then CEO of NET-A-PORTER Group) announced THE NETSET at a conference in London, the Style Council members were there to accompany her on stage and promote this exciting new platform to the world.
